A marketing suite, or reception office building, is a vital requirement for most parks in the country, both residential and holiday, and provides the perfect area to welcome visitors.
The layout can be determined at the design stage, although our suggestions would be one central reception area, a smaller private meeting room, a separate office, a kitchen and a WC. This provides the perfect combination of dedicated spaces within one building.
Variations could include a laundry, shop or storage room.
Our design team had great fun designing this building, they aimed to create an innovative Champagne Bar that would stand apart from anything else in the sector, and as you can see, it certainly does that.

There is an array of building extensions that can utilise modular construction. In this example, we constructed a building for Southwell Racecourse.
Their existing building wasn’t large enough to accommodate the full facilities they wanted to offer, so a modular extension provided them with a fast efficient solution.
Connecting to the existing premises, this new building now accommodates the much-needed space for a Jockey’s Canteen, Physio room and pre-race warm-up facilities.
In addition to this, the external façade has a brick finish, matching in with the existing building perfectly.
