The leisure space has a very light and airy atmosphere, with vaulted ceilings, and a brilliant configuration of windows and doors, with high windows above the French doors. Just image the view you could enjoy, with a lodge in the right location!!
It lends itself to having a decking area leading from the lounge area, and something we would certainly recommend if space permitted it, allowing easy access to the outdoor living space.
Modern stylish furnishing has been selected to complement leisure living, with cosy sofas, perfectly positioned to chill-out watching the wall mounted TV, with further furnishing including coffee table. The beautiful colour scheme is neutral, allowing you to add splashes of colour as you wish.
The flooring is a practical laminated finish, which can be changed to other options or carpet if preferred. Venetian Blinds have been selected for three of the windows in the living area, with full length curtains to the high windows, however, again, the blinds could be changed to suit your taste.
The ceilings are set with spotlights, providing even lighting throughout the living area.
The hallway offers a handy seating area, with under bench storage space and coat hooks above.
As you move along the hallway you will find two double bedrooms. The master is spacious, with bedside cabinets, dressing table, wall-mounted TV, built-in wardrobes and a hidden gem behind what looks like a wardrobe door, however, leads through to your en-suite shower room. Perfect Design!!
The room has two windows, one large, and a second above the bed, both of which are dressed with venetian blinds, and the main window also having curtains. The combination of windows and neutral colour scheme creates a light airy room.
The second bedroom is also a double, offering ample windows, bedside cabinets, dressing table and wall-mounted TV.
The bathroom has a bath, with shower over, and a very hand shelf running along the room by the sink area, which is ideal for putting your holiday toiletries.
As with any models in Bentley Rowe Modular’s range, there is a standard footprint and interior design, however, we build each lodge to your personal specification, which means there is flexibility to adapt the building to suit your requirements.
At the design stage, we will consider the orientation of the building to suit the plot and views, after that we consider further aspects such as the layout and internal finishing.
There are a lot of aspect to consider from personal choice of kitchen cupboards and configuration of cupboards to appliances. We will also need to choose furniture, furnishing, flooring, fittings.
Your choices may also depend on whether this lodge is for a customer purchase, or if it is for a rental fleet.
